Blake Dowlin works as a Recovery Manager for Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio where he coordinates services for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Previously, Blake has worked as an Employment Specialist at Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries and in the sheltered workshop at Redwood School & Rehabilitation Center. Prior to working in non-profit organizations, Blake has political and government experience as a Congressional Staffer for former Congresswoman, Jean Schmidt and as a White House and Congressional intern.
He graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. He also holds a Masters of Education from Xavier University. In his spare time, Blake actively volunteers in his community, serving in both prison and respite care ministries at Crossroads Community Church. He lives in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Cincinnati with his wife.
