Q. I'm new and/or have never served on a board before?

A.   Don't let being new or having no previous board experience stop you from applying! This is one of the reasons why YNPN Greater Cincinnati exists: to create a safe space to practice professional skills and gain the experience of serving on a board.  If you are not ready to make a full commitment as a board member you can always begin your time as a committee member, helping to plan events, spread the word, an recruit new members.

Q.    What kind of time commitment is involved to be on the YNPN Greater Cincinnati Board of Directors?

A.   Great question! Board members typically commit between 5-10 hours each month to YNPN Greater Cincinnati. This includes attending monthly board meetings, committee meetings, and events. T

A.   Our Board offers a variety of positions for 2-3 year terms.

Our Board is made up of the more traditional positions, including:
